Make an appointment

After completing a 15-minute Free consultation, you will receive an email from Orchid (our HIPAA-compliant electronic platform).

We strongly encourage you to read all the forms before signing them. Electronic copies will be available for your reference in your Orchid account.

Detailed family history of mental health and medications taken by biological family members.

    You will make an Orchid account, enter your payment information, and confirm your visit

      Please make a list of previous medications that you have taken for anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, sleep issues, psychosis or other difficulties.

        The Telepsychiatry (Online/Virtual) option is available. You can simply log into your Orchid account, click on your appointment in the calendar to join a videovisit.

        Once your appointment is confirmed, you will recieve office forms (HIPPA, Privacy, Intake) to complete prior to your visit with us.

          Additionally, please include medication dosage, duration, what worked, and any negative side effects experienced.

            Our friendly team is happy to assist with any questions you may have while preparing for your visit.
