Go to the “Assignments” section and fill out all required forms before your appointment.
Please confirm the location of your appointment, as we have Katy, Sugar Land, and Online options available.

Current Patients
You already have an Orchid account. To schedule an appointment for any of our treatment services, simply log in to Orchid, select the time slot that works best for you, and click Confirm to finalize your appointment. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it on the Orchid website. Please also make sure to confirm the location of your appointment, as we offer visits in Katy, Sugar Land, and Online.
