Yes. During our 15 minutes free phone call, we will determine if in-person or online visit will work best for you. We have two office locations: 23410 Grand Reserve Dr Suite 401, Katy, TX 77494 and 120 Eldridge Rd Suite D, Sugar Land, TX 77478​. 

We like to dedicate our time providing excellent care to you. Therefore, we do not directly work with insurance companies. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for services rendered by our doctor. We can provide you with billing invoices through our secure portal that you can submit to insurers for possible reimbursement.

You can pay with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or any major credit/debit card.
